• Age 18+
• Fresh meat cutting experience is preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while in a cooled environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Speak, read, write, and understand English

• Cutting all varieties and cuts of meat (beef, pork, oxtail), with knives or band saw
• Detailed work including trimming fat, breaking down large pieces into steaks, loins, chops, etc.
• Assist with grinding meat, and patty/sausage/formed product production
• Assist with clerking (customer service and cashiering) responsibilities during times of high customer traffic or to meet hours requirements
• Following safety guidelines for food handling, personal hygiene, and operating equipment and tools
• Other duties as assigned

• Part Time with potential to be Full time (40+ hours/ week)
• Wednesdays 6:30 am - 2 pm (prep and production)
• Fridays & Saturdays start at 7 am and end sometime between 6 pm - 8:30 pm
• Saturday availability/flexibility required
• New Castle Farmer's Market operating hours:
  Thursdays 9 am - 3 pm, Fridays - Saturdays 9 am - 8 pm
