• Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

• Have a solid background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
• Possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others.
• Are results-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance.
• Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role, with a track record of success.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
