As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring excellent service to our customers. This position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity for career growth within a dynamic work environment.
Job SummaryYou will engage with homeowners to schedule appointments for our sales team and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Compensation$16-$18 per hour plus bonuses based on performance.
Job LocationThis is a fully remote role. However, you need to reside in one of the following areas:
- Delaware
- Pennsylvania
- Maryland
- Virginia
- DC
- New Jersey
- New York
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize effective questioning and listening skills for professional telephone communication.
- Follow company scripts to maintain consistent messaging when handling calls.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell additional services and explain product benefits clearly.
- Address customer inquiries by researching and providing accurate information.
- Problem-solve by clarifying issues, exploring solutions, and involving appropriate channels when necessary.
- Handle special telephone tasks, including call transfers and taking messages efficiently.
- Maintain a positive demeanor to effectively deal with customer concerns and conflicts.
- Build rapport with customers to enhance the overall service experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective appointment scheduling and communication.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong data entry and computer skills with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
