With warehouse facilities in several states and Route Representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn’t a retail location we can’t service.

• Setup, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at local stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP’s upgraded fleet
• Maintain accurate inventory, install display and promotional materials
• Provide excellent service to customers, identify opportunities to build relationships and grow sales
• Work independently while being part of a motivated and supportive team
• Take pride in presenting a good company image

Schedule: starting at 6:00am. Typical 50-60 hours per week with regular overnight travel 2-3 days per week.

Compensation: Base pay $18.75 – $19.75 per hour; annual target range $52,650 – $61,620 with potential overtime and bonuses.

Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.75 – $19.75 per hour. The listed range reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
• Be 25 years of age or older
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits
