We're seeking a customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. Key Job Details:- Schedule:
Monday
- Friday 8am-5pm (No weekends!) - Pay Rate: $40-60k (based on experience)
- Support customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
- Update CRM systems and sales activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales support, inside sales, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience and/or other technical systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is a plus
