P.J. Fitzpatrick, a leading home improvement company and exclusive dealer of Jacuzzi Baths, is seeking a motivated Bath Apprentice to join our team. As a Bath Apprentice, you will work alongside skilled installers to learn the art of bath and shower installations, specifically focusing on acrylic baths. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the home remodeling industry while contributing to beautiful bathroom transformations.

• Learn and assist with bath and shower installations, focusing on acrylic baths.
• Work alongside skilled installers to gain hands-on experience in home remodeling.
• Adhere to safety regulations and provide high-quality workmanship.

• A strong desire to learn and develop skills in bathroom remodeling
• No prior experience necessary; familiarity with construction or tools is a plus
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual labor
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and protocols
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed

Base pay range: $17.00/yr - $22.00/yr
Pay:
Starting at $17.50 - $22 per hour
, with potential for monthly bonuses.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays available for overtime.

All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover transportation and hotel fees as well as provide per diem for food.
