Truck Team - General Labor

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for happy, reliable, and physically fit individuals to join our growing team! We are proud to be the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service with operations across the US, Canada, and Australia and recognize that every member of our team is a vital contributor to our success.

• Full-Time (4 shifts/week) and Part-Time (2-3 shifts/week) employment opportunities
• Hours vary daily:
  Work day begins at 7am, and no end time is scheduled. Avg 32-40 hours in 4 days.
• Pay: $15-$15.50/hour (depending on position) + tips, bonuses and other incentives (avg of $2.50/hr extra). Performance-based pay increases every 6 months & promotion to Route Leader within 3-8 months for those deserving employees.

• Each day starts at one of our trucks stationed throughout South Jersey or Northern Delaware. You will only be scheduled to report to the trucks in your respective state.
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes, businesses and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces.
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.

• 21+ years of age (for Driver position)
• A valid driver's license and good driving record for the past years
• Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
• Previous customer service, labor, driving, and/or sales experience is an asset (but not required)
• Able to lift 75+lbs repeatedly throughout the day
