- A competitive base rate starting at $23.15/hour (paid bi‑weekly)

- Provide tow and recovery services following guidelines and quality control procedures
- Provide lock‑out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire change services as needed
- Communicate with members effectively and ensure their safety
- Make sound decisions regarding safe vehicle service to accommodate member needs
- Enter call information accurately into in‑truck technology, process payments, handle cash, and complete reports
- Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections; ensure safe operating condition and meet all requirements
- Secure fleet vehicle and equipment at all times
- Support AAA through special events promoting the brand
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the state where you reside
- Ability to pass a physical examination bi‑annually as required by DOT and/or company policy
- Preferred: 3 years experience in automotive/mechanical environment or technical school, or 3 years in sales and/or customer service role
- Successful pre‑ and post‑employment screening (criminal, drug, motor vehicle)
- Complete required departmental training within 60 days of hire
- Maintain all state and local licensing requirements
- Willingness to complete future department training as required
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, tech)
- Ability to use hand tools for service
- Basic email and GPS skills
- Operate passenger vehicles and light‑medium duty trucks
- Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 pounds; bend, kneel, balance to change tires, inspect, and push vehicles
