Materials Service Assistant III – Picker – Part Time – Mon & Thurs – 10‑hour shifts – 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Primary FunctionAccurately pick and pack patient supply orders for delivery to hospital supply locations and off‑site facilities, ensuring safety, security, and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities- Fulfill customer supply orders using pick tickets and accurate documentation.
- Handle supplies and equipment with sterility and infection‑control protocols.
- Pack and transport filled orders to the outbound area for transshipment.
- Load and unload shipments and internal transport carts from delivery trucks.
- Stage inbound shipments and transport carts/totes in appropriate areas.
- Move inventory from the receiving platform to warehouse locations.
- Restock supplies in appropriate shelves/bins using proper rotation, organization, and documentation.
Monday & Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. (10‑hour shifts)
Education and Experience Requirements- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year of relevant warehouse operations experience.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Unavoidable noise, dust, and dirt in a busy hospital environment.
- Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs. of supplies.
- Ability to push a cart weighing up to 250 lbs. of stock supplies.

PayStarting rate: $18.08 per hour. After six months of continuous employment, the rate increases to $21.15 per hour. After one year, the rate increases to $22.18 per hour. Pay is adjusted based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
