Primary Function

Accurately pick and pack patient supply orders for delivery to hospital supply locations and off‑site facilities, ensuring safety, security, and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer supply orders using pick tickets and accurate documentation.
• Handle supplies and equipment with sterility and infection‑control protocols.
• Pack and transport filled orders to the outbound area for transshipment.
• Load and unload shipments and internal transport carts from delivery trucks.
• Stage inbound shipments and transport carts/totes in appropriate areas.
• Move inventory from the receiving platform to warehouse locations.
• Restock supplies in appropriate shelves/bins using proper rotation, organization, and documentation.

Hours

Monday & Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. (10‑hour shifts)

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Working Conditions

• Unavoidable noise, dust, and dirt in a busy hospital environment.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs. of supplies.
• Ability to push a cart weighing up to 250 lbs. of stock supplies.

Pay

Starting rate: $18.08 per hour. After six months of continuous employment, the rate increases to $21.15 per hour. After one year, the rate increases to $22.18 per hour. Pay is adjusted based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
