We're hiring a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and manufacturing operations in New Castle, DE.
What You’ll Do- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Process shipments using UPS, Fed Ex, and LTL carriers
- Replenish materials on the manufacturing floor
- Pick parts using barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience with SAP or computerized inventory systems is a plus
- Barcode scanning and inventory experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to learn to operate a stand-up reach truck within the first 3 months
- Dependable and safety-focused
