Job Description
Job SummaryLiberty Tax Service in New Castle, IN is seeking entry-level tax professionals to join our team. Friendly disposition and excellent customer service skills are required. Complete tuition‑free RAPID basic tax course training online now and continuing in‑class Jan 5‑20 and finishing by January 15 for immediate employment for qualified applicants. Prepares federal, state, or local tax returns for individuals, business establishments, or other organizations.
General Accountabilities- Establish rapport with clients to build working relationships and increase retention
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
- Fulfills ongoing training and testing requirements, as required
- Implements client‑oriented product initiatives approved by corporate
- Prepares fast, accurate tax returns using industry leading technology
- Fulfills ongoing tax training and testing requirements
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Basic computer knowledge
