This position is a part‑time independent contractor role (paid per appointment/event). Base Pay: $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr some travel expenses may be covered depending on appointment location.

• Travel to specified locations to obtain samples.
• Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gather mandatory information from patients and verify identities.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Accurately label all samples.
• Maintain accurate patient records, detailing any medical issues experienced during venipuncture procedures that may affect test results.

• Proven experience as a phlebotomist.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
• Detail‑oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Professional, responsible, self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency, internet access, and printer/scanner; ability to print, scan, and upload required documents.

Paid per appointment; bi‑weekly pay. Location‑based travel expense coverage may apply.
