Triple J Plumbing LLC is hiring a Lead Commercial Plumber with commercial and industrial experience to join our dynamic Field Operations team. As a key player on our projects, you’ll lead plumbing installations and repairs for major retailers, manufacturers, and construction projects. • Lead plumbing installations for commercial and industrial projects, including ground-up builds and remodels.
• Independently manage job sites, including crew coordination and all plumbing phases (demolition, rough-ins, finish work, punch lists).
• Coordinate with general contractors and project teams to ensure work stays on schedule and within budget.
• Perform diagnostics, installations, and repairs in compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Maintain proper use and care of company tools, equipment, and safety gear.

• Valid Plumber’s License or demonstrated journeyman-level plumbing expertise.
• Minimum 4+ years of plumbing experience; commercial/industrial background strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Own tools preferred (company tool program available).
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts as scheduled.

Full-Time:
Monday–Friday. Hours vary by project and may include night shifts (night shift earns an additional $5/hour).

Based in New Castle, IN. Project sites across the region – travel required for multi-site jobs.
