• Review and submit shop drawings that bring designs to life.
• Track submittals and assist in building construction schedules to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage and monitor installed quantities to ensure everything aligns with project targets.
• Learn cost reporting, project tracking, and estimating fundamentals to understand how projects come together.
• Generate RFIs (Requests for Information) and engage directly with customers as a primary communicator.
• Support field teams by solving design questions and addressing customer needs in real time.
• Ensure contract requirements are met and assist wherever the project needs you.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 0–2 years of experience (new graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and an aptitude for quickly learning new software.
