University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a Full-Time Nocturnist Physician Assistant or Acute Care Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to help support the Center for Community Hospital Medicine at UPMC Jameson.

Hours: 7 nights on 7 nights off - 12-hour shifts

Location: UPMC Jameson

Position Specifics: The primary responsibility is admission. Other duties include floor call management. New hire will be required to go through the Transition to Practice Critical Care for the Hospitalist training program. This includes six weeks of ICU training with an intensivist. The position will also require critical care related procedures, intubation, central and atrial line placement and USPIV placement. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Responsibilities
