Licensed Psychologist – Psychological Disability Evaluations
Part-Time | Monday–Wednesday | No Treatment | No On-Call
Looking for a meaningful psychology role with predictable hours and excellent work‑life balance? IMA Group is seeking Licensed Psychologists to join our disability lines of business, specializing in psychological disability evaluations.
This is an evaluation-only position—no therapy, no ongoing patient care, and no on‑call responsibilities. You’ll use your clinical expertise to support individuals through the disability determination process using our advanced digital assessment platform.

Schedule:
Work 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday) - No Treatment or Follow‑Ups: Focus solely on evaluations
- No On-Call or Weekend Work
- Streamlined Technology: Use our proprietary platform, Imagine One, to complete assessments efficiently
- Purpose‑Driven Work: Make a real impact while maintaining balance
- Conduct comprehensive psychological disability evaluations
- Perform and interpret Mental Status Exams (MSEs) and IQ testing
- Assess functional limitations related to mental health conditions
- Prepare clear, accurate, and timely psychological evaluation reports
- Submit documentation through our easy-to-use digital reporting system
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active state license to practice psychology
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations preferred
- Comfortable evaluating patients across the lifespan, including children
- Strong documentation and clinical judgment skills
