• Consult with individuals and families in New Castle to understand their unique protection needs.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals that offer genuine value and security.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring each concern is handled with care.
• Participate in local community events to foster connections and grow the agency's presence.
• Review existing client policies regularly to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure a smooth service experience for everyone we work with.

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining client relationships within the insurance sector.
• Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail when managing policy documentation.
• Comfort with in-person consultations and community engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy details clearly.
