Job Summary: The Milling Operator is a member of the Machining Department responsible for operating a milling machine to mill forged rolls to customer specifications. Competitive wages of $21.50 per hour, paid relief days, a $1,000 sign‑on bonus (paid over the first year), and eligibility for the Production Incentive Program.

• Set up and operate mills and controllers.
• Milling rolls to customer blueprint specifications.
• Inspect milled dimensions against customer blueprints.
• Report all deviations from customer blueprint specifications.
• Perform other departmental duties as assigned.

• Strong math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous CNC machining experience preferred.
• Must be able to work any shift.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous milling experience required.
• Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment and/or heavy machinery required.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Exposed to seasonal temperature changes.
• Manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and vibration.

• Company‑paid safety shoes and prescription safety glasses (eligible upon hire).
