WeCare Centers at Jameson Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our community in New Castle, PA
. Our ADON is an integral part of the care team that helps enhance the lives of our residence.

• Direct oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel.
• Guide staffing procedures.
• Organize and coordinate admission.
• Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed.
• Manage record-keeping procedures.aiul>
• Collaborate with other departments and professional to streamline operations.
• Report to upper management.
• Infection Control
• Staff Development

• Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Ability to lead and develop personnel. Knowledge of legal regulations.
