Primary purpose: provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting. Perform direct care per resident care plans, follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies, and maintain established standards of practice.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

• Current registry of certification to work as a CNA in good standing within applicable state laws.
• Demonstrated compassion and communication skills.
