Be part of CVS Health, the nation’s leading health solutions company, as a Store Manager in Training. The SMIT program is a 16‑week, self‑paced development focused role designed to prepare you for a future Store Manager position.

• Communicate verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Provide high‑level customer care and support store services.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Engage with leaders in Key Learning Experiences, support the store as a management team member, and align with CVS values and policies.
• Accept promotion roles and work a schedule that may vary by business needs.

• High school diploma or GED required; four‑year college degree preferred.
• Retail management or CVS supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept a Store Manager role at any location in the designated market and to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the market.
• Ability to work a schedule that varies based on business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Competitive hourly rate, $18.50–$23.88 per hour.
• Full‑time status with 40 hours per week.
