Our client focuses on preserving long-term value, maintaining purchasing power across global markets, and generating sustainable returns through prudent risk management and strategic asset allocation.

• Collaborating with deal teams and relevant stakeholders to assess valuation and operational considerations; coordinating financial due diligence throughout the acquisition and divestment process.
• Providing financial and operational input on holding structures and funding mechanisms; assessing accounting and valuation impacts and executing implementation.
• Managing various work streams with internal stakeholders and external advisors during the investment / divestment process.
• Preparing and reviewing market valuations for private investments within corporate policies.
• Partnering with the operations team to fulfil all operating requirements, i.e., liaising with banks on funding guidelines.
• Reviewing financial controls for asset operations while liaising with external auditors.
• Overseeing the organization and maintenance of the investment holding platform, including corporate secretarial and financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountancy or equivalent, ideally with CPA qualification.
• 6-8 years of relevant working experience, ideally gained at a Big 4 firm supporting direct private markets transactions or at an asset manager.
• Prior exposure to real estate transactions would be an advantage.
• A driven self-starter with strong initiative; hands-on and adept at managing multiple tasks. Confident in engaging with various stakeholders and capable of working independently to achieve results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have practical working experience with accounting software systems.
