As a DSP, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person‑centered services.

You will be joining a passionate community of professionals and staff who support each other in a diverse and rewarding work culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with daily living and help them achieve their goals
• Provide support, instruction, and written documentation of care
• Promote wellbeing within the residence

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay

  Starting rate of$16.40 - $17.40 per hour (depending on experience, location and position) and up to$18.10 - $18.70 per hour
  within one year
  , based upon completing required Growth Ladder training
• $2,500 - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!!

What We Require:
