Software Tester

Role: ETL Test Lead/Architect with strong Python and SQL

Location: New York City Onsite (3 days onsite week)

Must have: Min 12+ years of Experience.

SKILLS:

• Test and validate ETL logic and Data Pipelines.
• Translate reporting and operational technical specifications, including calculations, custom groups, parameters, filtering and or aggregations test requirements.
• Build automated and reusable tests for data stores to improve quality and development velocity.
• Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests. 3 to 5 years exp. in Quality validating ETL pipelines and Data Warehouses
• Expert SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases as well as a working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Good experience in data analytics, data engineering, data modelling, data warehousing, and big data platform.
• Experience with one of JUnit, TestNG, bigdata tools Airflow, Hive, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark etc. with large datasets (Terabytes).
