ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities, including reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts.

· Coordination and completion of annual audits and reviewing financial reports. (Support as necessary).

· Analyze and report on financial status, including income statement variances.

· Communicating financial results to management.

· Budget preparation and analysis.

· Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

· Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations.
Manage inventory processes and reporting.
Handle custom accounting requirements as needed.
Process remittances accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with Input Tax Credit (ITC) regulations.
Maintain knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
Perform basic accounting tasks as required.
Utilize Tally, Zoho, Quick Books, and other accounting software effectively.

Core Competencies and Key Skills Required

• Good knowledge of GST and TDS.

· Good knowledge of Tally, Quick-books, Zoho and other Accounting Softwares.

· Advanced computer skills in MS-Office, Accounting software and database.

· Excellent organizational skills, Project management skills.

· Attitude of a problem solver.

· Additional experience in Audit and International accounting.

Other Pre-Requisites

-Immediate joining/Notice Period less than or equal to 1 month.
-UG/PG Qualification (B. Com, M. Com, MBA).
-Are willing to work in Gurugram.
-Have relevant skills and interests.
