Role Description  The Article Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities typically include assisting in statutory and tax audits, supporting accounting and bookkeeping activities, and helping prepare working papers, reports, and documentation. The role may involve working on direct and indirect tax compliance, including return preparation, data compilation, and basic tax research under supervision. The Article Trainee will collaborate with senior team members, maintain organized records, and follow firm processes and professional standards.

The position provides hands-on training, exposure to client interactions, and opportunities to develop practical skills required for a career in accounting and finance.
Qualifications
CA (Inter)
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and basic knowledge of auditing and taxation.
Candidates should possess good analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation and interacting with clients and team members.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and be comfortable working with accounting or ERP software.
Enrollment in a professional course such as CA, with eligibility for articleship, or a relevant degree in commerce/accounting is preferred.
Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
