Assistant to Vice President - Sales
Location - Okhla Phase 3, Delhi
Working Days - 6
Executive Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, handling communication, and assisting with key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the VPs calendar, schedule appointments, plan travel itineraries, handle day-to-day administrative tasks and sales coordination.
Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings including preparing agendas, compiling materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions with sales team.
Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation with professionalism and accuracy.
Act as a key point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
Draft and review emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Support key business initiatives by preparing detailed reports, performing data analysis, and providing insights as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting capabilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint.
