Eligibility:
Deputy Controller of Examination
Postgraduate degree with 8–10 years of experience in examination or academic administration.
The candidates must have experience of working in the relevant field in a University .
Proficiency in MS Office and examination management software preferred.
Assistant Controller of Examination
Postgraduate degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience in examination or university administration.
The candidates must have experience of working in the relevant field in a University .
Good computer and communication skills required.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage examination activities, result processing, and record maintenance.
Ensure adherence to university policies and timelines.
Coordinate with departments and staff for efficient exam operations.
Assist in exam scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in examination records.
Liaise with departments for smooth conduct of exams.
