Creative Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a  Creative Lead Designer  with 8+ years of experience in the  fashion, lifestyle, beauty, D2C, or consumer brands  space. The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker who can combine  creative direction, design excellence, brand storytelling, and leadership  to build distinctive and culturally relevant brand experiences.
You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, digital platforms, social media, product launches, packaging, and offline touchpoints while leading and mentoring the design team.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction
Own and evolve the brand's overall  visual language and creative direction .
Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into strong, relevant creative concepts.
Develop creative concepts for  campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, collaborations, and brand initiatives .
Ensure consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints.
Stay ahead of  fashion, lifestyle, design, culture, social media, and visual trends .
Design & Brand
Lead the design process across  social media, digital campaigns, website, performance marketing, email, packaging, retail, events, and offline communication .
Create and maintain strong brand guidelines and visual systems.
Push the creative quality of campaigns while ensuring work remains commercially relevant.
Work closely with photography, video, content, marketing, influencer, and growth teams to build integrated campaigns.
Provide creative direction for  photoshoots, campaign productions, product launches, and content shoots .
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers.
Establish creative workflows, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Review and provide constructive feedback on design output.
Delegate projects effectively while maintaining ownership of the overall creative vision.
Build a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and high-quality creative execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with  Brand, Marketing, Growth, Social, Influencer, Product, and Founders .
Understand business objectives and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
Balance  brand building with performance-driven creative requirements .
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience  in graphic design, visual design, art direction, or creative design.
Strong background in  fashion, lifestyle, beauty, D2C, retail, or consumer brands .
Proven experience in  creative leadership and team management .
Excellent understanding of  branding, typography, composition, colour, layouts, photography, and visual storytelling .
Strong portfolio demonstrating  campaign-led thinking and high-quality visual execution .
Ability to develop a concept from  ideation → art direction → execution .
Strong understanding of social-first and digital-first creative.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual culture.
