Customer Success Executive

Alliance Tower 1, 3rd Floor, Play All Sports, Savita Vihar, East Delhi – 110092
Compensation: upto ₹30,000/month (CTC), based on experience & skills

Play All is looking for a Customer Success Executive to drive outbound lead conversion for our academy programs and own the day-to-day engagement of our sports pickup games community. If you love being on the phone, can handle high call volumes, and can run a Whats App-first community independently — this is for you.
What you'll do:
Make 150–200 outbound calls/day to academy leads and community prospects
Explain program details, schedules, and pricing clearly
Maintain accurate call notes and update CRM/trackers
Own and grow player Whats App communities — schedules, polls, engagement
Share weekly reports on calls, conversions, and community activity

What we're looking for:

Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or community management
Comfortable with high daily call volumes
Self-motivated, works independently
Strong English & Hindi communication
Genuine interest in sports/community building is a plus
Comfortable with a CTC up to ₹30,000/month based on experience
