Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Admissions
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract quality students from across India.
Plan and oversee campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and outreach activities to enhance brand visibility.
Admissions & Enrolment
Drive end-to-end admissions cycle including lead generation, counseling, conversions, and final enrolments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth admissions processes aligned with university policies.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with top schools, universities, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
Represent the university at national-level education fairs, conferences, and events.
Team Leadership & Execution
Mentor and lead a team of marketing and admissions professionals to deliver on student enrolment goals.
Monitor KPIs, analyze data trends, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
Candidate Profile
Education:
MBA (Marketing/Business Development or equivalent) from a reputed institute (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing and admissions roles within higher education or related sectors.
Skills &
Competencies:
Proven expertise in student outreach, branding, and admissions conversion strategies .
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with schools, universities, and corporates.
Data-driven decision-making with exposure to CRM/ERP tools in education preferred.
