The Admission Executive (Outreach) is responsible for executing field-based marketing and outreach initiatives to promote institutional programs, generate leads, and drive student enrollments. The role involves building relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and community partners, conducting counseling sessions, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved through proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach visits to schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote institution programs.
Organize and participate in admission drives, education fairs, seminars, and career counseling sessions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, career counselors, and key influencers.
Collect and manage leads generated from outreach activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials, event support, and brand visibility.
Maintain a detailed database of outreach activities, leads, and conversion status in CRM or reports.
Collaborate with the digital marketing and admissions teams for integrated campaigns.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly outreach performance and enrollment progress.
Ensure professionalism, brand representation, and adherence to institutional admission policies during all outreach initiatives.
Required
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred in Marketing, Education, or Business Administration)
Experience:
1+ years in field outreach, student counseling, or institutional promotion (education sector preferred)
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
Willingness to travel extensively for outreach and promotional events
Target-driven, proactive, and persuasive personality
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of outreach visits, events, and partnerships created
Leads generated and conversion ratio
Admission target achievement percentage
Quality of engagement with institutions and counselors
Reporting accuracy and timeliness
