Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic standards across centers
Plan and conduct teacher training and academic workshops
Monitor academic quality through audits, center visits, and reviews
Guide and mentor academic teams and center heads
Support curriculum enhancement and academic content development
Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Education / Child Development (preferred)
7–12 years of experience in preschool/school academics
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
Willingness to travel pan-India
