Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in aviation-related modules (grooming, safety, cabin crew, etc.)
Prepare training materials as per aviation industry standards
Train students on industry expectations, customer service, and communication skills
Assess student performance through tests, evaluations, and feedback sessions
Maintain discipline and foster a professional learning environment
Coordinate with the academic and placement team for student development

Qualifications:

Graduate with aviation or hospitality background
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in training or aviation (cabin crew/ground staff)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Energetic, presentable, and passionate about teaching
