We value candidates who:
plan and implement a comprehensive counselling programme to support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural well-being
provide individual and group counselling, conduct assessments for psychological issues not for the purpose of a formal diagnosis but for planning intervention within the school system, and designing programmes that foster resilience, positive relationships, and life skills.
manage referrals, maintain case records, organize workshops for students and parents, train staff in counselling-related areas, and coordinate with external professionals when needed.
liaison with reputed organizations & experts to organize training workshops for students in life skills & other areas such as, Developmental Changes in Adolescence, Reproductive Health and Substance Abuse.
support the development of school-wide policies and restorative practices that promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school climate.
play a vital role in supporting transitions, addressing behavioural challenges, and contributing to the school’s overall mental health framework and well-being policy.
focus on promoting resilience, personal growth, and well-being of students through a structured Learning Together curriculum
plan and conduct Growing Up Years (GUY) sessions for students and parents

Essential Skills &

Qualification:

A Graduate/Post-Graduate in Psychology, or
Post-Graduate in Child Development, or
Graduate/Post-Graduate with Diploma in Career Guidance & Counselling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
