Rather than relying on outdated, purely theoretical content, Dice Academy emphasizes hands-on learning and relevant tools, preparing learners to meet professional standards from day one.

Role Description  The Data Science Trainer/Faculty will deliver structured classroom training in data science, including topics such as statistics, machine learning, programming, and data visualization, tailored to learners at various levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating curriculum, preparing lesson plans, creating teaching materials, and conducting engaging lectures, labs, and project-based sessions. The role involves assessing learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring students on career paths and industry expectations.

The trainer will collaborate with the academy team to maintain industry-aligned content, integrate practical case studies, and participate in workshops or seminars as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Science Education and Mathematics skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts clearly.
Candidates should possess solid grounding in Physics and related analytical subjects to support data-oriented problem-solving.
Candidates should possess experience as a Qualified Teacher, including classroom management and learner evaluation.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design structured, outcome-focused sessions and projects.
Proficiency in core data science tools and languages (such as Python, R, SQL, and common ML libraries) is highly beneficial.
Experience applying data science in real-world or industry projects, preferably with demonstrable case studies or portfolios.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt teaching styles.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics) is preferred.
Familiarity with modern educational technologies, learning management systems, and online collaboration tools is an advantage.
