Delhi NCR | Ages 1–9 | Facilitator, artist, coach and/or Trainer
BEAM is building play-led after-school experiences for children aged 1–8, through thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate activities. We are looking for passionate activity providers, enrichment specialists, coaches, artists, and facilitators to join BEAM’s founding partner network.
This is a founding opportunity for individuals or small teams who already conduct high-quality children’s activities and want to bring their expertise to more families through BEAM. We are looking for partners across movement, dance, art, storytelling, theatre, music, STEM, sensory play, yoga, martial arts, confidence-building, and other child-focused experiences.
The role combines delivering engaging sessions for children with helping BEAM shape high-quality, repeatable activity experiences that can work consistently across homes, facilitators, and cities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 50–60 minute activity sessions for children aged 1–8.
Collaborate with the core team to design and refine age-appropriate curricula.
Pilot new curriculum modules and provide structured feedback
Follow defined curriculum, session structure, and rituals
Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
Participate in training, pilots, and quality reviews
Activity Areas We Are Looking For
We are open to activity providers across areas:
Movement (Dance, Yoga, Gymnastics, Martial arts / MMA basics, Sports, etc.);
Art, creativity, and Sensory play;
Storytelling, theatre, and dramatics;
Music and rhythm; STEM/science fun;
Life skills through play;
Other early childhood enrichment programs.
Experience & Background
Experience working with children aged 0–8 years. Background in early childhood education, Montessori, expressive arts, child development, or related fields preferred
Prior experience in after-school or enrichment programs , such as: STEM;
Creativity-based programs;
Dramatics, Storytelling;
Movement-based programs (dance, yoga, gymnastics, MMA, etc); right-brain and/or imagination-led programs; other children’s activity programs, etc.
Calm, confident, and child-centered approach. Passionate about working with kids and able to adapt sessions for different ages and child personalities. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
(Formal degrees are not mandatory.
Experience with children, creativity, safety awareness, & professionalism matter most.)
