About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to achieve lead generation, sales, and ROI goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, design, and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads .
· Manage daily campaign optimization including A/B testing, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
· Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rates) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
· Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creative.
· Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
· Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager) to track performance and user behavior.
· Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
· 2–4 years of proven experience in Meta & Google Ads campaign management.
· Strong understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution.
· Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and campaign automation tools.
· Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
· Strong communication and reporting skills.
· Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have
· Experience in landing page optimization and funnel building.
· Knowledge of remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
· Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, etc.
