About the Role  We are looking for customer-first, detail-oriented  Customer Success Executives  who are passionate about helping users succeed with SaaS products.
At  Makk Press Technologies , we build multiple SaaS applications designed for website owners and e-commerce businesses across platforms such as  Shopify, Big Commerce, Magento , and more. Our user base is global, with a strong presence in the  US, UK, and Europe .
This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who is eager to learn the SaaS ecosystem, work closely with real customers, and play a direct role in improving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.

You will act as a bridge between our users and product teams, ensuring customers receive timely support, clear guidance, and a smooth overall experience with our products.

What You’ll Do
Be the  first point of contact  for customers using our SaaS apps
Help users understand features, onboarding steps, and best practices
Ensure customers see  real results  from our tools (SEO, UX, conversions, etc.)

Actively work on:
Customer satisfaction (NPS)
Product adoption
Retention and renewals
Upsells via value (not force)
Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with the product/dev team when needed
Collect customer feedback and share insights with founders and product teams

Help create:
Case studies
Testimonials
Feature use-cases
Represent Makk Press apps positively in communities, emails, and support channels

Who This Role Is For
Fresher or  up to 2 years of experience  (support, customer success, marketing, SaaS, or tech roles)
Good written and spoken  English communication
Comfortable using:
Google Sheets / Excel (basic level is enough)
Support tools, dashboards, or CRMs (or willing to learn)
Someone who:
Enjoys talking to people
Thinks in solutions, not excuses
Is curious about AI, SaaS, startups, and growth
Takes ownership and follows things through
Prior SaaS experience is a plus , but  not mandatory
