Thinks like a product designer
Ships like a frontend engineer
Moves fast like a startup builder
This is not a handoff role.
You’ll design → prototype → build → improve.
If you enjoy building interfaces from scratch, experimenting with AI tools, and shipping features that users actually use — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do Own Product Experience  Design intuitive user journeys and frictionless flows
Create wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma
Improve engagement and retention through UX decisions
Build mobile-first experiences

Build What You Design  Convert Figma designs into production-ready React UI
Create reusable components and scalable design systems
Work with APIs and dynamic data
Ensure performance and responsiveness

Work in an AI-First Environment  Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc. to accelerate work
Design AI-native interfaces (chat flows, smart recommendations, AI assistant UX)
Prototype rapidly using AI scaffolding tools
Think deeply about AI-driven user journeys

Skills Required  Strong UX fundamentals
Advanced Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants)
Solid React.js experience
Responsive design and modern CSS (Tailwind preferred)
Strong product intuition
Ability to independently ship features

Bonus Points  Next.js experience
Experience building consumer tech products
Motion/interaction design

Experience with AI products or LLM-based features
Startup experience
