Senior Software Engineer – AI Agent Platforms

Created by architects and AI engineers, Twin Master is a generative AI–powered Digital Twin platform for  architects, engineers, and builders  that performs real-time, multi-objective reasoning across cost, carbon, energy, zoning, constructability, lifecycle performance, and risk.

We are hiring exceptional engineers to design and deploy  AI-powered agent systems  that collaborate directly with AEC professionals — exploring, simulating, analyzing, and optimizing buildings at scale.

Twin Master has earned multiple awards for its groundbreaking work in recent months, including Best Innovation at the AIA 25 show in Boston, Best Innovation at the Construction Computing Award Ceremony in London (2025), and the Technology Innovation Leadership Award in AEC from Frost & Sullivan.

This is about building intelligent systems that reason about the physical world.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and orchestrate distributed AI agent systems

• Design MCP-managed simulation tools and computational services

• Build reasoning pipelines that connect LLMs to geometry, simulation, and performance engines

• Integrate with leading AEC authoring and analysis platforms

• Own features end-to-end — from concept to production deployment

• Help define the next generation of AI-human collaboration in architecture

What You Bring

• 5+ years building scalable production systems

• Deep understanding of AI agent-based reasoning, planning, and action frameworks

• Strong Python skills (Node.js, Cesium, Unreal Engine experience a plus)

• Experience deploying on AWS (or comparable cloud platforms)

• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI / ChatGPT or similar) into real workflows

• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving mindset

• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-ownership startup environments

Bonus Experience

• BIM or AEC software integration

• 3D math, geometry kernels, or simulation engines

• USD or advanced scene graph workflows

• Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration
