Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Key Relationship Manager – IP Surveillance & IT Solutions. We need people having specific Industry Experience
Oil & Gas
Infratructure and Transportation
Commercial and Retail
Goverment and Defence

The individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The role involves developing and implementing client strategies, consulting on IP Surveillance and IT solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, present product solutions, and establish lasting professional relationships.

Qualifications

B Tech with MBA
In-depth knowledge and  7-10 Years experience in IP Surveillance and IT Solutions
Strong communication, relationship management, and client-facing skills
Ability to develop and execute client-focused strategies and demonstrate solution-based selling skills
Proficiency in technical understanding and consulting expertise in telecommunications, security systems, and IT infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams to meet goals
Proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies essential for the role
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in project management or relevant certifications is a plus
