Role Overview :
We're looking for an experienced   Performance Marketer   to lead paid campaigns focused on   lead generation and conversions  . You’ll manage performance across   Meta, Google, Linked In, and Whats App Marketing  , with deep involvement in campaign strategy, analytics, and ROI optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch & optimise paid ad campaigns across   Meta, Google, Linked In, and Whats App
Run and manage   conversion and lead generation campaigns
Achieve minimum 4x Roas
Work on   Shopify   for funnel tracking and performance insights
Monitor performance metrics and execute A/B tests
Coordinate with creative, design, and analytics teams for best results

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years   of core performance marketing experience
Excellent communications skills
Strong hands-on experience with   Meta Ads and Google Ads
Proficient with   Shopify  , Google Analytics ( GA-4), and tracking setup
Solid understanding of   conversion funnels, attribution, and lead nurturing
Excellent communication and reporting skills
