Lead Generator – Web Development Company

Experience:
1–3 years (preferred)
Looking for prospective candidates for generating leads via bulk emailing, Linked In, or other social media platforms for IT services - mobile apps, websites, digital marketing, SEO, and SMO for the international market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate qualified leads for digital marketing services ( Web and Application Development , PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
Research and target potential clients through Linked In, email, and other lead generation tools/platforms
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM systems
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets (KPIs)
Qualify leads through initial outreach.
Continuously analyze and improve lead generation strategies to increase conversion rates
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation in a digital marketing agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hub Spot, or similar CRM/lead tools
Self-driven, performance-focused, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Performance Metrics:
Number of qualified leads generated per week/month
Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
