About Spatial Chat   At Spatial Chat, we build immersive virtual environments for events, collaboration, and online education, bringing back the spontaneity and human connection missing from traditional video calls. Our platform powers large-scale virtual conferences, networking events, career fairs, and team collaboration for B2B customers globally.
Alongside Spatial Chat, we’re building   Teemyco   (virtual offices and async collaboration) and   Pensil   (community platform). You will work across this multi-product ecosystem, helping define how real-time collaboration and AI-driven workflows come together into coherent, scalable product experiences.

Role Overview   As a Technical Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where you will own complex, technical product areas across Spatial Chat, Teemyco, and Pensil, spanning real-time audio/video systems, collaboration features, platform integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
You will translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements, work deeply with engineering on system design and trade-offs, and ensure fast, high-quality delivery. This role requires strong technical depth, crisp product thinking, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-moving, multi-product startup environment.
Responsibilities    Own product strategy and execution for   core platform capabilities   (real-time video/audio, spatial interactions, collaboration tools, integrations, AI-driven workflows)
Translate business and user problems into   clear product requirements, PRDs, and technical specifications
Partner closely with engineering to define   architecture-level decisions, trade-offs, and sequencing
Drive end-to-end delivery: discovery → requirements → execution → launch → iteration
Define success metrics for features and track adoption, performance, reliability, and user impact
Work with design to ensure product experiences are intuitive while meeting technical constraints
Collaborate with GTM teams (marketing, sales, CS) to support product positioning, enablement, and customer rollouts
Manage dependencies across teams and products (Spatial Chat, Teemyco, Pensil) to ensure coherent platform evolution
Maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned with business goals, technical debt reduction, and platform scalability
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions and iteration cycles
What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or real-time collaboration tools
Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage deeply in   system design, APIs, data flows, and platform architecture
Experience shipping products involving   real-time systems (WebRTC, streaming), collaboration tools, or platform integrations
Proven track record of driving products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments
Ability to write clear, unambiguous PRDs and work with engineering on technical scoping and delivery planning
Strong customer empathy combined with analytical, metrics-driven decision-making
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, CS)
Comfort operating across multiple products and prioritizing across competing demands

Technical Skills Required

Systems & Platform Knowledge:
APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Real-time communication systems (WebRTC – understanding preferred)
Event-driven architectures and distributed systems (conceptual understanding required)
Cloud-native product environments (AWS/GCP fundamentals)
Collaboration & Tooling:
Product management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence, Figma)
Stakeholder communication and cross-team dependency management
