Role Overview
The Associate Project Manager will manage delivery across multiple ongoing products and initiatives. This role is responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and predictability to complex and parallel execution streams, often operating under ambiguity. The role requires strong problem decomposition skills, technical understanding, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery timelines across multiple products and teams

• Break down complex requirements into actionable plans and milestones

• Estimate effort and timelines based on technical complexity and dependencies

• Track progress, risks, and blockers, ensuring timely escalation

• Coordinate across stakeholders to align expectations and outcomes

• Use modern tools, including AI-enabled project management solutions, to improve execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or related roles

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Technically curious and capable of understanding product complexity

• Comfortable managing ambiguity and changing priorities

• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused
