As our Technology and Digital Experience practice continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of websites, digital platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and long-term technology engagements for national and international clients.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can seamlessly manage website development, platform enhancements, AMC engagements, digital transformation projects, and technology delivery programs from initiation to successful completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working closely with developers, designers, strategists, SEO specialists, content teams, AI teams, and client stakeholders.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands modern digital ecosystems, and can drive projects with speed, structure, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of website development, digital platform, Shopify, CMS, and technology projects.
Manage project life cycles from discovery, planning, estimation, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
AMC & Website Management
Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ongoing website enhancement projects.
Track website health, maintenance schedules, feature releases, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
Coordinate ongoing support requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth execution of website updates, content deployments, and platform enhancements.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
Build communication plans and governance frameworks for project delivery.
Conduct project reviews, status updates, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting.
Manage expectations and proactively address project risks and dependencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Teams, SEO Specialists, Content Teams, Social Media Teams, AI Specialists, and Business Teams.
Ensure all project components are aligned and delivered as per agreed objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional deliverables and dependencies across multiple teams.
Technology & Innovation
Maintain strong understanding of modern web technologies, CMS platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, AI-enabled solutions, and digital products.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, project management methodologies, automation tools, and AI-powered workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency through technology and process optimization.
Quality & Process Excellence
Establish project governance standards and delivery best practices.
Monitor project KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality metrics.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and client experiences.
Ensure adherence to defined workflows, documentation standards, and operational processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience managing website, digital, technology, or product delivery projects.
Experience working within digital agencies, technology companies, consulting firms, or digital transformation environments.
Strong understanding of website development life cycles and digital product delivery.
Experience managing AMC engagements and long-term client relationships.
Strong understanding of SEO, content workflows, digital marketing ecosystems, and website operations.
Ability to understand technical requirements and effectively communicate with development teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
