Manager / Lead – Multi-Tower Offering Development (AI, Cloud, Networking, Data & Analytics)

Role Overview
We are looking for an Offering Development Manager / Lead to support the creation of integrated, multi-tower offerings across AI/GenAI, Cloud, Networking, and Data & Analytics .
This is a techno-functional role for a professional who is technically sound, understands enterprise technologies and emerging trends, and can translate solution constructs into compelling business propositions, value narratives, and market-ready offerings . The role sits at the intersection of solutioning, offering development, technology evaluation, and go-to-market storytelling .
The individual will work closely with Enterprise Architects, service line teams, domain experts, sales leaders, and deal teams to shape differentiated offerings that are technically credible, commercially relevant, and aligned to client priorities. The role requires the ability to understand technology depth, connect it to business problems, and articulate clear value for clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
1) Offering Development & Solution Structuring
Support the development of integrated multi-tower offerings by shaping end-to-end solution constructs across multiple technologies and services.
Work closely with Enterprise Architects and service line teams to translate technical capabilities, accelerators, and domain strengths into cohesive offerings.
Help define the structure, positioning, and articulation of offerings so they are market-ready, differentiated, and aligned to client needs.
Contribute to development of reusable solution archetypes, frameworks, and supporting assets for strategic pursuits and go-to-market programs.
2) Technology Understanding & Trend Evaluation
Stay current with emerging technology trends across AI/GenAI, agentic AI, cloud, data platforms, networking, and enterprise platforms .
Evaluate new tools, technologies, and ecosystem developments for relevance, maturity, scalability, security, interoperability, and business applicability.
Bring a strong understanding of how evolving technologies can be combined into integrated enterprise offerings that solve real business problems.
Support the team in identifying whitespace opportunities based on technology shifts, client demand patterns, and market movement.
3) Market, Client & Commercial Insight
Work with Sales, Deal Directors, Enterprise Architects, and domain teams to understand client challenges, transformation priorities, and market opportunities.
Translate customer pain points and industry demand signals into actionable insights for offering development.
Support development of commercial constructs , business models, pricing inputs, and go-to-market plans in alignment with market demand and solution value.
Contribute to competitive positioning by helping articulate why the offering is differentiated, relevant, and outcome-led.
4) Business Value Proposition & Storytelling
Convert technology-led solution ideas into clear business propositions with strong articulation of value, outcomes, and client relevance.
Develop compelling narratives that connect technical capabilities with customer priorities such as growth, efficiency, resilience, modernization, experience, and risk reduction.
Distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging for executives, buyers, and solution stakeholders.
Create or support development of high-quality sales collateral, offering presentations, playbooks, POVs, whitepapers, and related GTM assets.
Tailor messaging for different audiences while preserving technical integrity and commercial clarity.
5) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
Collaborate with architects, SMEs, delivery leaders, marketing, and sales teams to ensure offerings are both technically robust and commercially usable.
Support field enablement through training content, sales assets, and solution messaging that improve understanding and adoption of the offering.
