Helium is building AI tools for eCommerce brands to improve their storefront, merchandising, search, personalization, and growth workflows.
We’re looking for someone sharp, curious, and AI-native to work directly with the founders across product, growth, research, customer work, and internal systems.

What you’ll do  Turn messy founder ideas into clear plans, specs, docs, and execution.
Research markets, competitors, brands, AI tools, and eCommerce trends.
Work on GTM: prospect research, outbound workflows, sales decks, demos, and case studies.
Help shape product workflows by studying customer problems and store data.
Build internal systems using Claude AI, no-code, spreadsheets, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, etc.
Track projects, follow up across teams, and make sure important work moves.

What we’re looking for  Strong thinker. Clear writer. Fast learner.
Deeply curious about AI, startups, eCommerce, and growth.
Uses AI tools daily, not occasionally.
Can handle ambiguity and create structure.
Comfortable with research, docs, sheets, decks, and workflow tools.
High ownership, low ego, bias for action.

Bonus

Experience with Shopify, DTC brands, SaaS, growth, consulting, founder’s office, or AI/no-code tools.
