We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Technical Growth Manager who can bridge technology, product, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities Revenue & Growth  Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Shunya Labs AI products.
Build and manage enterprise sales pipelines.
Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Work with founders on GTM strategy and expansion initiatives.
Technical Consulting  Understand customer workflows and identify AI transformation opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical discovery workshops.
Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop proof-of-concepts and pilots.
Product & Customer Success  Own customer onboarding and successful deployment of AI solutions.
Track adoption, engagement, and expansion opportunities.
Gather customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
Create case studies, ROI frameworks, and success metrics.
Market Intelligence  Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Help shape positioning, pricing, and product strategy.
Represent Shunya Labs at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

Required Qualifications  3–10 years of experience in SaaS, AI, cloud, enterprise software, or technology consulting.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, voice AI, APIs, and enterprise technology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with both technical teams and C-level executives.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Preferred Qualifications  Experience in AI, cloud, fintech, healthcare, telecom, or enterprise technology.
Prior experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, product growth, or technical account management.
Understanding of API integrations, enterprise architecture, and AI deployment models.
Startup experience and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
Success Metrics  Revenue growth and pipeline generation.
Enterprise customer acquisition.
Pilot-to-production conversion rates.
Customer retention and expansion.
Strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth.
